Please ensure you read the terms & conditions prior to purchase as by making a purchase you are stating that you agree with them.

Guarantee

Your receipt acts as your 1 year guarantee on stringing, and must be presented when returning goods and for any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights. After this time I am happy to restring my pieces but at a standard fee per strand plus postage and packaging if necessary.

Payment

Payment is accepted via credit or debit card, personal cheque, postal order (UK only). Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

Postage

Once payment has been confirmed your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, via Royal Mail. Upon dispatch you will receive an e-mail to verify this. Postage and packing is free within the UK.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges

If you have a defective/faulty item please email us and we will send you the returns address and procedure for returning the goods.

Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Casa di Scala within 30 days a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Casa di Scala.

Items lost in transit

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery. The cost of return postage on faulty & defective items will be refunded. Please note, in all instances Casa di Scala shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
